An accomplished executive, Susan brings a track record for building, strengthening, and transforming sales organizations and sales models, focusing on cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), SaaS, and PaaS. Prior to her role at Orbital Insight, Susan developed high-performing revenue organizations at LivePerson, ASAPP, Salesforce, Nuance-Microsoft, and others.
