Using location data and AI, Orbital Insight was able to discover 15 optimal sites where Lowes can capture market share from its competitor Home Depot. By assessing mobile data, we analyzed both companies' trade areas and demographic cohorts to develop a real estate site selection strategy for Lowes to displace its competitor in 15 markets selection.
